Best way to organize baby clothes at rummage/yard sale? We had a multi-family yard sale this past weekend and between all of us we had an overwhelming amount of baby clothes... boy and girl, newborn through 5T. We neatly folded and tagged everything... and placed all boy stuff on one table, girl stuff on the other. We even had signs taped to the table indicating sections with different sizes. Of course, within the first 30 minutes of the sale, the table was in shambles and it was impossible to keep it in order throughout the day. It ended up being a large pile of clothes and was difficult for buyers to find anything. In your experience, what is the best way to organize obscene amounts of baby clothes for a sale? We plan to have a sale annually and don't want to make the same mistake next time. Thanks!

Where can I find mom's who want to sell toddler clothes cheap? I'm in Orange County, CA. I want to buy toddler girl clothes for garage sale prices without blindly driving around all garage sales in my area with nothing found. I tried to advertise on Craigslist but everyone there just seems to be some kind of reseller making profits. How can I find mom's who want to get rid of their toddler clothes for cheap? Where else can I put an ad for free that I'm looking? I'm sure there must be hundreds of families with outgrown baby clothes ? Thanks for any ideas!

when is the best time to buy baby clothes,accesories etc..? i am expecting my first baby in 2 and a half months time, a baby girl :) but i have been told because of my bump and how its really low and the fact that shes head down already that she may be born earlier, i would like to know when is the best time to start buying nappies and everything else? i have bought clothes until shes 6 months old, i will buy the pram that has a car seat and moses basket just a week or so before shes due, so the big things i will buy in a little while, in regards to nappies and things like creams bath essentials etc, how long should i wait or can i start buying them now (for example if i see anything on sale) and what about baby shoes?? i know baby's don't really wear shoes until they're are like 4/5months, but i have seen some really cute ones that i would like but everyone keeps saying to wait until new designs come out,although i don't mind having loads of different ones already lol, also i guess its fun and exciting buying little things from now..help please thanks in advance ??

Does your baby have more clothes than you? My 7 1/2 month old certainly does. I just sorted through her wardrobe today and tried some 9-12 months clothes on her and she has around 40 outfits! I always buy things in the sale for her as does her Grandmothers. Also do you think there are more girls clothes options than boys? I have a 5 year old and there are certainly twice as many girls clothes in the shops I'm sure.

where can i sell new and used baby-toddler stuff? we currently live in lincoln, ne in an apartment so i can't have a "garage sale" and i am not too sure if i can sell any of the items on e-bay because they are used. Hey i just have a question about baby stuff? As some of you know i lost a baby back in august of 2008 and i wanted to know if anyone knew where i could sale a brand new car seat and stroller.... A bunch of newborn to 12 mnth baby girl clothes, a pack n play with bassinet and changing table????? I posted it on craigslist but is there anywhere else i can post it or take it????? Is this acceptable as a baby shower gift? A girl I work with got garage sale clothes from her mother-in-law at her baby shower. They weren't washed & still had the little stickers on them. She gave these to her as her gift & that was all. Is this acceptable? I think it's okay to buy garage sale clothes, but not to give them as a baby shower gift. This lady is NOT on a tight budget. She has money.

would you buy on ebay if the seller has no feed back, seller is new to ebay? The item for sale is a large lot of baby girl gap clothes nwt 12 to 18 months. The seller is showing pictures and has a reserve to meet. The current bid is at $61. is it a bad ideal to bid? I have bought on ebay before but the sellers have never had no feed back. I post this question under the parenting section to get moms opinion.

Today was my first day at work. I hate the job. What do u think? Today was my first day working at the Gap as a stocker. Anyway, I was supposed to be trained on what to do. I walk in and no one is training me and I am just cutting open boxes. Anyway, some girl is like 'sorry, I thought u were someone from another store' Anyway, she tells me how to scan merchandise and how to figure out the things for what's on sale, how they wanted the pants, shirts, baby's clothes boy clothes, baby girl clothes folded. There was a lot to remember and they already expected me to go super fast. The girl is like by next week I would have to go really fast. I am wondering how she expects that when I don't know what's on sale. She was actually really polite and showing me stuff, saying 'it's ok! it's ur first day.' But she was also like 'We would be on adults by now but we have someone to train' , 'the boss better not complain that we're not going fast enough. They didn't tell me that I would have a guy to train and teach how to fold clothes!"

Can someone give me some garage sale help? I know this may not be in the right category, but I thought other parents could help. I'm having a garage sale in a week and I have no idea how to price things. I have only ever gone to a couple garage sales so I don't really have an idea on how to set my prices. I'll just be selling some of the kids clothes, a lot of baby girl outfits only worn once or twice. What do you ask for things like that? I know not to set prices too high, but how high is too high? What gift to get for a newborn? I am visiting my friend in the hospital tonight that just had a baby girl. I brought her a cute dress outfit & matching hat on sale at Gap in 3-6months. Now, i am thinking since she knew she was having a girl & has lots of clothes from baby shower (probably mostly 0-3 months) - I should have gotten her like one of those 10-15 dollar bears at build a bear. baby shower gift question...is it just me or.....? does everyone like to get stuff for the kid when they are older? i just bought a gift for a friend of mine, i got her 4 outfits size 18 months and take and toss sippy cups, spoons and bowls. and a boardbook. i loved having a couple outfits for my girl that were bigger. plus these clothes were on sale so i could buy more of them. the baby is due @ the end of august so i thought 18 months would fit next summer...we know how baby clothes shrink. what do you think?

Are you obsessed with buying your baby clothes? I didn't know what having a girl would do to me lol. It's so so fun shopping for her and dressing her up. To my credit, almost everything I buy her is either on clearance or really cheap to begin with. A lot of what I've gotten have been from garage sales that were new or gently used and nothing for over a dollar and it's all name brand- Gap, Old Navy, Childrens Place, Gymboree etc. I get so many compliments on her clothes and people can't believe when I tell them it was fifty cents :) I just love dressing my baby up. I on the other hand look like a bum most of the time lol

What did you do with your baby's clothes that don't fit him/her anymore? My son is now 9weeks old and has A LOT of clothes that don't fit him anymore and a lot of them havn't even been worn yet. :( I feel bad if I sell them on a rummage sale this summer. Or should I save them because my husband and I would like to have another baby in the future. But it's totally all boy stuff and what happens if we have a girl. Then it's not really worth holding onto you know. What did you decide to do with their clothes?? I'll keep a few peices for me to have in the future to look back on.

What are some things to start collecting early on for new baby? I'm currently 15 weeks along and going to for the big ultrasound on May 28th. We will be finding out the baby's gender so we can buy baby clothing and equipment accordingly. What are some things that you collected for baby before you found out the gender? So far we bought, a blanket, a really cute onesie that we will only be able to use if the baby is a girl, (it was on sale, plus I have a girl gut instinct, lol) some bottles just in case I won't be able to breastfeed again, (loong story please don't judge it's not by choice) 2 packs of diapers one newborn, one size 1, (just to get a little head start on that lol). What baby stuff did you start buying early on?

What are some ideas for a gift to give to the mom for the baby at a baby shower? I am going to my friends moms baby shower in 2 weeks and i dont have a gift. Where can I find inexpensive toddler/baby decor and furniture? We have a 2 1/2 yr. old daughter and her room looks so plain. We have her toddler bed that is oak that we bought from Toy's R Us and a couple of small book shelves and all her toys, the wall has a middle border of pink and blue (pastel) colored flowers. I want maybe a dresser and some wall art and maybe something to store toys in, even though she takes all her toys out and scatters them everwhere. Any suggestions? It doesn't have to be new...I can't ever find the great blowout sales where everything is marked down, except for clothing, I'm good at finding sales on clothes...anyway, any ideas? We also have a new baby girl due in June, and we already have a crib and changing table, so maybe a dresser (in oak) for her room would be great too...any thoughts? We are in the central Texas area. Pricing a Garage Sale? Our neighborhood is having a yard sale this Saturday, and my husband and I have lots to sale. I just don't know what to price things at. We have lots and lots of baby clothes "boys and girls" Lots of toys "I know they don't sale to well, but still trying to clear them out", and I have some pieces of furniture that I am putting in the sale as well "A couch and matching chair, and a dresser" But like I said before I don't know what to price things at. I would like to get a reasonable price for everything, but know if I mark it to high it will not sale. Please help me with how I should price things, and what you would spend on yard sale items. My mom still treats me as a baby with clothes!!!? so fyi i am 15 goin on 16. everytime i go clothes shopping with her (the only time i have to shop with her is before school starts) and we went to wet seal. there was a very cute shirt that was off the shoulder and i see a bunch of girls my age wear them. most without tanks under but i told my mom that i would wear one under. she was like "no its too mature!" so i showed her what it looks like on the wax model in the window. it was a polka dot crop shirt with a ribbed tank under. she still said no. then we went to forever21. i saw this really cute romper on sale for 11 bucks and i wanted it! it showed no cleavage at all but my mom thinks that rompers are skanky! like wtf! and she doesn't allow me to wear any clothes that are black because she thinks it makes me look like im 20! i told her a bunch of times im growin up and she has to stop buying me flower dresses! im not allowed to wear anything strapless, halter, or shoes with even an inch of heel! i usually go to the mall with my friends and buy stuff but she makes me return them later! also no i cant say "this is my own money" cuz its my allowance from my mom and she won't let me apply for a job! please help! im old enough to get a job already. she just wont let me! and even if i turn 18 and go to college if i get a job my mom won't pay for my tuition and last time i checked working on a college campus serving food and selling clothes don't pay enough for 4 years of college and 8 more for meds school my dad doesnt live with us cuz he works in a different state. and anyways he's no help either. i told him before and he said "your mom is just looking after you so you wont get raped. now stop bothering me" i did not whine i swear. i get good grades, stay outa trouble, and am independent. she always treats me like a baby cuz im the youngest of the family.

Tips on pricing children's clothing for upcoming garage sale? My mom put my dad in charge of pricing the clothing and my dad passed it on to me. They aren't concerned about how much they make at the garage sale, they just want to reduce clutter. We have girls clothing sizes newborn-4T and boys newborn-4T. (my brother and sisters old outfits). There are lots of little onsies and also lots of full outfits (t-shirt,pants and sweater). Also winter jackets and spring wind breakers. PLENTY of girls sun bonnets and a couple boys hats. MANY shoes from sizes newborn to 7(in kids). Mainly all clothes are in very good shape, no fading or loose strings. The brands are old navy, garanimals and circo and Carters, Hanes and Jumping Beans. Some baby gap and gymboree. And a couple formal dresses and formal suits from easter and christmas. Anyone who shops garage sales your help would be very appreciated, I dont want to over price but I also dont want to give everything for free.

Did anyone else not find out their baby's gender? I'm expecting a baby in August and want to keep his or her gender a surprise until delivery. The thing is I'm young and already have a child so if it's a girl I have all of the girl clothes already but if it's a boy I'm going to have to buy a totally different wardrobe. People have started to buy gender neutral clothing AND gender specific clothing for me that they find on sale at stores or in nice condition at rummage sales but if it's a boy I'm not going to dress him in pink, likewise if it's a girl I'm not going to dress her in boy clothes. I still have time to find out the gender and get everything gender specific so do you think I should or should I just wait and just have enough neutral things on hand for the first few weeks then go out and buy boy clothes if it's a boy since I already have girl clothes from my daughter?

Are you addicted to buying stuff for your baby? I am a new mother of a beautiful 7 mth old baby girl. During these tough times everyone is scaling back, but I can't seem to stop! When we go shopping, I'd rather buy things for my daughter rather than myself. The majority of things are her clothes both practical and unpractical. But I am addicted to buying her clothes although, I do ONLY BUY STUFF on SALE/CLEARANCE. I shop everywhere from Walmart, target, babygap, gymboree,nordstrom to Neimans. I keep making excuses because they are so adorable and inexpensive I can't seem to resist, but $5 here and $40 there does add up a lot in the long run. I tell myself we could re-use them for our next babies as we plan to have more. Anyone feel the same way?

does use clothes sells good online? I have alot of kids used clothes baby boy 1-12 months and girls 2yo sizes, anyways we are stationed in Germany and thres no yards sales or anything like that, just a trifht store but that would be my last choice so my cuestion is is it worth it to pay the fees to put it on ebay would it sell? I'm also a used stuff lover and have gotten alot of used decoration items in German trifht stores, such as chinas, beer mugs etc, I could list some of this items as well, Im asking because I tried to sell some candel holder once and I listed it for like 3 days but it didnt sell, thanks the shiping is not problem I ship fro apo so is the same price as if I was in the states and the clothes is pretty new my boy is only 1 year old but that size dont feets him anymore and my oldest girl is 5yo so the close arent that old, Im not expecting a fortune just some extra money

I feel sloppy in my clothes...? I can't buy expensive clothes as I am a teenager with no money. I usually buy clothes on sale and clearance or at thrift stores. At the time I really like the clothes that I buy but then when I go to look in my closet to get dressed I don't really like anything in my closet to wear. At school I wear a uniform. Our uniform is jeans and uniform shirts. I even feel sloppy in my uniform because even a small shirt is too big and baggy on me and my sweatshirt makes my neck disappear... I am short so my jeans are usually a little too long. I also like baby doll tops but those combined with my long flare jeans make me feel sloppy. Also the sleeves on all of my long sleeved shirts usually covers my hands. I sometimes wear cargo pants and such and then I feel even more sloppy. I am a jeans and t shirt girl and I don't like to wear skirts and dresses and such. I also don't like to follow trends. Like I don't like leggings and skinny jeans.... I have NO money for clothes right now. I just turned 16 but I can't get a job until summer. Right now I have my uniform, 2 pairs of jeans (only one that I really like), some t shirts, some sweatshirts, some baby dolls tops, some tanks to layers with, and some other pants (cargo pants, camo pants...) Any suggestions?? Thanks!! I am not that short, I am 5'3!! Trust me I have asked for a budget from my parents for clothes and it turns into a big argument about how we don't have any money. I also don't get an allowance!! I know how to sew but I can't hem jeans because of the material won't work with my sewing machine and I can't hem shirt sleeves or make shirts shorter because with stretchy materiel like shirts are made out of will bunch and not lay flat after is it sewn!!

Should I get rid of my things? My boyfriend wants me to get rid of a bunch of stuff. Most of it are baby things and my family heirlooms. Granted it takes up some room but it came from a bigger house. I already got rid of a ton. The things I want to keep will break my heart to let go. Like my mother's rocking chair, dining table (antique), trunk/coffee table (antique), and her seashell collection. The rest is baby stuff and Christmas/Easter stuff. We have a baby girl on the way so we need the baby things. I donated two huge containers of boy clothes and trashed a bunch of toys. I kept a small tupperware container of baby boy clothes and one for bedding just in case we have another boy. Of coarse I wont get rid of Christmas/Easter stuff. OH and I have some clothes set aside for winter and when I am not prego huge. None of this is crammed or stacked around the house. Our home is very open and clean. Our storage unit is organized. So what is the big deal!? He had this ex that hoarded and crowed their home. How do I explain to him the difference in my dead mother's things and a house full of yard sale garbage?

Help with a baby Shower gift? My husbands cousin is having a baby shower on the 7th of February. She is having a little girl, She is moving to Louisiana 7 days after the shower( the shower will be held in Utah) So I am not sure what to get her for her and the baby, Because it is still very cold here in Utah and our summer and spring clothes are not out for sale yet. School clothes checklist? HELP!!!! I am a soccer chick and i need help on what to buy for school i need to know how much to buy this is for the whole year!!! Daughter is 6 months old, and hubby wants another one?!? Hey everyone, I'd like some imput from somone who isn't family. My hubby and I just had a baby girl 6 months ago. I loved every minute of being pregnant. Now I'm on maternity leave until June. My hubby just lost his job, so he will be collecting unemployment and he's come up with this "brilliant" idea. He wants me to get pregnant again and go back to work early. Here in Canada, you need 600 hours to qualify for maternity leave, so I'd be going back for at least 6 months. While he is home on unemployment, he can stay home with our daughter, reducing child care costs while I go back to work. When I go off on maternity leave again, he will stay home with me until I can handle things on my own, and then go out and get a job, which will leave me home with the 2 kids for a year again, which means my oldest wont have to be put into daycare until she is well over 2 years old. What do you think of this? I had my daughter by c section, so is it safe for me to get pregnant again this early? I've heard that your scar can apparently bust open... Also, if I had another baby right now, that would make them about a year and a half apart... is this a good age gap? My brother in law (who has 4 children under 4, 2 of them being twins) says it's best to have them close together, so having another baby isn't all new to you again, and the baby stage can be taken care of at the same time for both children. We will have everything we need for a second baby, we have saved all the clothes and what not, getting hand me downs from 2 boys and 2 girls, even stocking up on diapers when they're on sale. I didn't BF with my first, but I would definately try with my second. Is it really that big of a financial issue with 2 children? I kind of like the idea, although the financial aspect I'm kinda worried about. Any ideas/suggestions/opinions would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you :) I forgot to mention that I was induced due to pre-eclampsia at 39 weeks. Is there a higher chance that I will develop this again with a second child?! Hubby is looking for a job, and has been since he lost it. Going back to work for him is not an issue. He loves spending time with our daughter though! Either way, one of us is going to be off...

Anybody ever use Intelligender? I am 17 weeks pregnant, and just couldn't hold out 2 more weeks until my next ultrasound. I bought the Intelligender (it was on sale!) and did it. It said a girl! Were the results accurate for you? Both my husband and I are happy either way, I just wanted to start buying baby clothes...

Moms! Can you live without your best friend? I married young. My daughter is now almost 1 year old and I am 22 going 23 this year. All my friends are pretty much still single enjoying the night life and finishing up their degree. But my best friend since junior high have been with me for long time. She is a mother of 2 boys and she is very pure and honest person... sometimes too honest. We were seeing each other piratically everyday up until she got married... ( i got married year after her) I don't know what happened to us but we stopped talking. The last day I saw her was her wedding day. When I became pregnant I decided that it was right time for me to see her again... its been almost 18 months we have been friends again. We are both very different now.... We have different life style for sure and I respect how she wants to live. But I don't if she feels the same way... We went to the mall over the weekend. We were in babygap. I usually dont shop at babygap for my daughter. But she wanted to take a look so we both went in the store... I was just looking around and found a cute hoodie on sale for $23. ( still expansive in my opinion) But because my daughter had no warm clothes to wear I decided to buy it. She walked over to me and said " eww thats ugly... shes a girl! you should get her this" and picked out a fancy coat that was $50. She went off with how she wants a baby girl so she can buy her all these clothes... I walked out with the $50 coat,, I ended up buying it because I have never bought her anything over the top and pretty.. I always passed on pretty clothes when it was too expansive. I did feel little guilty for not being able to buy her whats cute other than okay for the price clothes... *shrugs* I feel so emotionally drained when I see my best friend now. I feel so sad and I feel that she puts me down on purpose. can you live without a best friend?

So...guess what my husband told me last night? He actually had some time to help me get the babies room ready. It's in chaos because I was trying to get all of Ethan's old clothes ready for a consignment sale. We are pregnant with our 3rd baby(another girl). We get the general cleaning done then he asks me what to do with all these clothes. I told him they were going to be sold. He said, well, let's hang on to them for a bit. I look at him surprised...because at the beginning of this pregnancy the OB talked to me about getting permanent birth control and it just didn't feel right and I declined. The whole time, though, my husband is saying "No more kids". My husband proceeds to tell me that we need to wait until after we've had the baby and see how we feel about more children. If we don't want anymore then we can sell them. Now, this is COMPLETELY logical thinking, don't get me wrong. But, it's COMPLETELY illogical thinking for someone who has said no more children for the last 29 weeks! :) Could he be going soft? Is it weird that it doesn't feel right to say no more kids yet, even though I know financially we can't afford to put 4 through college? Dread: 6 more weeks!

I need opinions......? Ok here is the deal.... We have entirely too much stuff taking up space and cluttering everything up around our house and out in the shed.. Most of the stuff in the house can go in the shed, but the shed is packed full of stuff... I NEED to have a yard sale and get rid of most of it... However... here's is the problem I am facing.... I have a huge amount of old baby clothes and toys and etc from when our son was a baby. This time I am supposedly going to have a girl.. We had the ultrasound done at 28 weeks to find out. The thing is though, it even though I fel like it is a girl, everything is opposite of last pregnancy, and with the outcome of the ultrasound a part of me is worried that we might still end up having a boy.... When I have this yard sale, I want to get rid of almost all the old baby stuff because we a finished having kids. But I am debating on whether of not to have it before or after we have the baby... What do you think????? I want to have it before to clear out everything, but I know I should probably wait and see. I was going ot have a small sale, and then a second one later on to get rid of the baby stuff just in case, but I think that would be too much work... I just need some opinions.. And how many of you have or know someone who has had the ultrasound actually be correct??? We never had one the first time cause we wanted a surprise... So.... ... :) Thanks!!!!

Is it too early to tell? Hey, I'll be 16 weeks and 5 days at my next appointment and they want to look at the baby and see how it's doing and also see if it's a boy or girl. I'm worried though that it may be too soon for them to tell me if it's a boy or girl and since I am on medical (insurance in California for low income family) I only get one sonogram during my whole pregnancy. Do you think it's too early for them to tell for sure if it's a boy or girl? We really want to know and there are some things that are depending on it! For example: my mom has TONS of girl clothes from my sister but wants to have a garage sale soon!! Thanks!

how fast is really fast?? My baby girl is due in september and i already finished shopping for her .. well at least up to few months or so.. i saw some really cute tank tops and shorts on sale but i dont know what size i should buy. .. i know all babies grow in different speed but generally seeing my friends kids they wear biggger size than there age size... for example my friends baby boy is now a yr old and started wearing 18 months to 24 months.. depending on the brand of the clothing.. if i wanted my baby girl to wear the tanks and shorts i wanted to buy around late may or june.. what size should i buy? will 18 months shorts and tanks be too big? what should i do??? i have not much better things to do now days and i REALLY want to go shopping... everytime i see something cute and reasonably priced i just keep buying.. but i dont know what size she will wear during next summer... any suggestions??

At what month did you start shopping for you unborn child? I want to but I haven't yet! I just turned 12weeks and very excited to have made it this far(considering the high risks for miscarriage). I saw my baby on the 17th and he/she is doing great. The heart is beating and I'm having no complications! I went to Kmart on the 17th and saw some cute onesies that were on sale and wanted to buy but they were pink! I have a gut feeling that its a girl but, I don't know what I'm having yet(I find out on May 22nd). I ended up not getting them and decided to wait b/c my fiance want's to. If I bought girls clothes and had a boy, I could always save it or donate it to the Salvation Army right? At what month did you start shopping for your unborn baby? What would you do if your normal clothes were starting to get really uncomfortable but you cant afford to buy? maternity clothes?? Im out in spain and there are no sales on for that sort of stuff, i am planning on coming back to england in june to do a huge baby shop and know by that time i wont even fit into my trousers! What should i do? Im quite a large girl and am a size 14 naturally but now i am starting to find it really uncomfortable wearing my clothes, and they end up giving me stomach pains and im worried they might be squishing the baby! They are ok when i am standing up because all my trousers are hipsters but as soon as i sit down i have to undo them and i was in the pub the other day and forgot to do them up when i got up and it was really embarrassing lol everyone could see my knickers and it was about half an hour before i realised my jeans were slipping down lower and lower! Can I sue the department store ross for this? I was shopping one day with my 8 week old daughter, i had a ton of clothes to try on and had my baby girl in her car seat sleeping in the store with me. i went into the biggest dressing room with her because every single ither room would not accomidate me and a car seat with out being able to close the dressing room door. I went into the handycap room. as soon as i undressed 2 sales ladies came rushing in almost frantic bec there was a lady who needed the handy cap room and they proseeded to kick me out of the big rooom, i had to dress my self move me my child and the clothes into a litttle room where i could not even clothes the door i sat the car seat with my child in it on the floor, left the door open to try on my clothes... ANY Ideas, am i able to sue for this???? Thank You I believe she could have waited, they have a room to accomidate certain people but why not any one else she was obese not handy cap.!!! as for the people who are being hella rude i am not saying any thing bad about the lady i just think that if any store has to accomidate special people, the should accomidate every bodys situation. Is it normal for a mother to be jealous of her 15year old girl? ok..its like this..i am 15 years old. my mother says things to me that makes me hint that she's jealous of my body. all my life i have been teased by kids in school for being so skinny but like a year ago, i started to get thicker..my butt starting to round out...my breast starting growing larger , but i am still very slim my stomach is quite small nearly flat. my mother had my oldest brother at 16 and she was involved with drugs all her life until one point she developed cancer and had to have all of her teeth taken out at the top..now she has false teeth...also she's medium sized, but has a beer belly. it doesn't stop there though..Her hair is very thin and breaks like crazy....Just today I had some shorts on (not very short) and a shirt with my robe on..i held my robe close as i was bending down rubbing my baby kitten and she was like "go in your room and you need to put some clothes on" it's like she's very insecure. Also..I this time i had come capris on with a shirt and i came in the living room to ask her a question and she was like "you need to go put some clothes on i have a boyfriend in here and the only body he needs to be looking at is mine (he wasn't even in the house). as i was walking in my room to forget about it, she was like "if you wanna show your body off then sale it" and that made me cry all night because all i had on was capris with a short sleave shirt. My shape was showing, but the only thing revealing was my arms and below my knee cap. Why is she doing this to me? She told me about when she was smaller people use to tease her about her complexion..she's darkskinned, but got lighter as she got older..i'm darker than her btw..i remember once she called me black ass..(doing all of these things are when she is drunk) i know she means it because when you're drunk you say what you feel. why would she call me black ass if she know how it feels to be called that? she's part of the reason my confidence is very low. people come up to me and tell me that i am beautiful all the time and she has a look on her face that's like "yeah yeah what ever next topic"...i mean? really i do nothing to hurt her. not only that but she also blames things on me. she treats my lightskinned sister and my caramel brother way better than she treats me..my father is mixed and out of all the children, i am the only darkskinned one. my other 4siblings are all brownskinned except my 13year old sister she's lightskinned... wut trips me out is me and my little brother and i have different fathers..his father is very dark and my mother is dark also, but some how he came out lighter than me and my mother..AND his father? y is that? please stop trying to sugarcoat the situation people...you all kno damn well she's doing this to make me less confident but yet wanna sit around and say things trying to put it out better than it is put out to be

Help about Children girl sizes & growth? I'm a first time mom so I have no idea about the sizes and how fast babies grow. My little girl is just about 10 months. Who I already put in 12month pants because she is just a little to tall for her 9month size pants that she fits into. And for onesies and shirts still fits in 6-9months, but can also do 12month. But I like to buy things when I see them on sale, but when it comes to buying for the right season is the harder part. Right now is winter, but when I go shopping all I see for sizes is 12months, 18months, and than 24months ext. So does that mean between 12-18months of age does she not grow that fast??? Will she still fit in 12months clothing once summer hits; she will be about 15months then?
