newborn clothes? I just wanted to ask if anyone else had problems finding clothes for their newborn. Our daughter is exactly 1 week old today.. she is very small but not a premie, she is 6lbs6oz and we cannot find ANYTHING that fits her, all we can find is onsies that fit, premie clothes fit until we wash them then they are to small (they r only up to 5lbs) and 0-3 months is way to big, the only thing we can find is newborn onsies, but when we go out looking for newborn clothes all we can find is premie and 0-3, has anyone else had this problem and what did you do? am i stuck w/ onsies for a while? :(

How long does the average baby stay in newborn size clothes? I am wondering this because i am due July 6, and i don't know if i should buy newborn summer clothes, which say 5-8 lbs or 0-3 month summer clothes that say 8-12 lbs. I can't predict how big my baby is going to be. How quick does a newborn outgrow the newborn clothes?

when did you baby grow out of newborn clothes? My son was born exactly 3 weeks ago. He was 6lbs 8oz and 18in. He still doesn't fit into his newborn clothes. They're soo long on him. I'm just wondering how long your babies where in newborn clothes for?! All of his 0-3 months are clothes for the summer. I'm worried they won't fit till winter. Lol. Owell if that's the case. why isnt my newborn fitting into her clothes? I had a little girl on 9/13 and she was born at 8lbs 3.8oz. When she came home she was the same weight, only problem I have is she is swimming in the newborn clothes that say up to 8 pounds. I dont get it, why isnt she fitting into newborn when she is over 8 pounds. I never remember having that problem with my son who was 8lbs 6oz I dont consider her to be that long, my son was 21 inches when he was born and she is only 19 inches.

Did everyone tell you not to buy a lot of newborn sized clothes? Everyone told me that, and I listened. Is it ok to use "Snuggle" dryer sheets on load of newborn's clothes? is it ok that my 3 month old is still in newborn clothes? she was 7lb 3oz at birth. now at 3 months tomorrow she is 10lb 2oz. she is 100% breastfed, she gets alot of wet nappies and poopy nappies. she is meeting her milestones. she gets into some 0-3 month old trousers, and sleepsuits as she is pretty tall, she is just skinny. mostly she is in newborn clothes. is this really bad?
