Looking for super cute Halloween Costumes for a Toddler any ideas? I have a two year old daughter and I have been searching online for a costume that is unique and upscale. Anybody have any ideas on where to look store wise or any websites? Upscale may have not been the right word I just want something different from what everyone else puts there kids in and something that does not look cheap WOW! Any of you parents making your kids' halloween costumes? I am having a really hard time finding a costume for my 13 month old... All of the toddler costumes at the stores are too big for him and the infant ones are too babyish. The other issue I'm having is that most of the costumes for younger toddlers/babies are really hot looking and we live where it will still be pretty warm on Halloween. Are any of you making your own costume for your child and what are you making? Or if anyone has any ideas they could share that'd be wonderful too!

Has anyone seen any Crayon Halloween costumes for toddlers? I would really like my 18 month old to be one? but using online searches I have not come up with them. I know around halloween stores start putting out cute costumes but around here were limited to the selection we only have the generic old navy or children's place type stores and I have never seen anything like that there. MATCHING Toddler Costumes! HELP!? I am looking for ideas on "Matching" toddler Halloween costumes. My oldest (girl) is 4 and my youngest (boy) is 2. I have always dressed them up in a "matching" way for the past two years. They have been little bo-peep and the sheep. Our girl was bo-peep and our boy was the sheep =). and last year I dressed them up as girl and boy garden gnomes.- super cute! This year I am looking at doing the same thing but I don't know what! I live in North Dakota so at the end of October a lot of times we have snow and if not, it is still REALLY cold. If you noticed, the costumes I mentioned from previous years are long pants, long sleeves, hats or wigs, type of thing. For the girl gnome since it was a dress I put on leggins/tights on my little girl so that her legs were warm. Any way, I am looking for ideas!!! I do NOT want any adult type of costumes please! they are 4 and 2 and want them to look cute not slutty or anything in that matter. So NO: salt and pepper or hotdog and bun type of costumes please. Question about toddler Halloween costume? My daughter turns 1 four days before Halloween. We will be doing a fun Halloween themed party for her. I'm already seeing Halloween costumes and I want to buy one for her ASAP so I have a lot of variety and time to shop. My dilemma: I don't know if I should dress her in something classic for a little girl like a princess or fairy or angel, or if I should do a cute animal like a lady bug or bee or something. What is a cheap and cute Halloween costume for my toddler? She will be 2 in December and this is her first Halloween since she was sick last year and couldn't go. I can do homemade if someone gives me instructions but keep in mind that I don't have a sewing machine or access to one. Toddler Halloween costume issue.? My son hates costumes. His father bought a superman costume last week and it was a fight to get him dressed in it for pictures. He simply hated it. I needed a plainclothes costume idea for him. Going through his closet I found a Patriots jersey. Jackpot! A football jersey paired with a pair of long underwear = little football player. The issue is - my ex HATES the Patriots. I told him about my idea and he said "I'd rather spend 100 dollars on a costume than him do that". Would it be completely horrible of me to dress him like the football player anyway for the festivities I take him to? He will see pictures as I am a compulsive FB poster of pictures. I'm not doing to piss him off. I'm doing it because I have all the components and it is pretty plain clothes and it doesn't bother Max to wear it. Hehehe! The jersey is a gift from my nephew who is an AVID Pats fan. Who is your team? Dad would prefer the Dolphins. OMG really? You are all making me feel guilty. The reason for the Pats jersey is so I don't have to buy anything else. I suppose I could go get a little Pujols jersey. Lets hope they win the series!!
