I need help find a personalized poem for a Baby shower, its a girl!?

When i had my son my mom came up with a nursery rhyme like mother goose she just changed a few things it went like this:

(Name) and (Name) went up the hill to have a little fun
(Name) forgot to take her pill and now they have a son.


Everyone loved it my mom has been shooting blanks on one for our baby girl. Please help if you can.
