When do babies start to control their facial expressions?

I know young babies can't control their facial expressions like when they smile or whatever. Just wondering when babies start to gain some control over this? Also what about the movement of their eyes? Sometimes my 3 week old eyes go crossed or move weirdly. I know this is normal but when do they start to control their eye muscles?

1. My baby girl was born 10/8/09 and JUST started to smile at me. She'll be 6 weeks on Thursday. She has just started to outgrow the crossing-eyes, too. So, my guess would be around 5/6 weeks.
