What baby carriers wraps slings are there for plus size women out in the market?
I am about a 2xl, xxl or an 3xl, xxxl and need a baby carrier sling wrap or whatever it's called for my baby. What are the best brands out there for women/mommies like me?

1. thebabywearer.com should help you out
I believe any larger sized sling, wrap, mei-tei, or structured *would* work, you just have to find what is comfortable for you.
2. Seven slings has up to size 3x, I often see promos too where you can get a free sling. I got a free one a few months back and it's not too bad.
3. We have a Baby Bjorn and it is adjustable with plenty of giving room...I bet it would work for you.
4. Don't get a Bjorn -- it barely fit the XL Dad here.
Our Maya Wrap, OTOH, was a _fantastic_ sling, and the large size we had fit him with plenty of room to spare. Really one of the best carriers out there; another excellent one is the Ergo (see previous Q&A -- everyone adores their Ergo), and they sell an extender thingy for it for larger sizes that would probably work for you.
5. I'm about the same size as you are, also fluctuating between a 2x and 3x, depending on brands. Because of this, I've tried so many wraps, slings and carriers. Here's what I've found out with the ones I've tried:
Seven slings - since it's a sling that goes from one shoulder across your chest and baby is supposed to sit high up on your side, towards your middle to lower rib cage it cuts into my breasts, and is quite uncomfortable. Also, Since it sits on your shoulder you can forget about moving that arm because if/when you do the whole sling slips off your shoulder and cuts into your neck, baby is no longer secured in sling and tilts backwards. Not good.
Bjorn - comfortable, easy to put on, but as soon as my daughter got old enough to sit in it facing outwards and started reaching for stuff we had a problem. I'm pretty chesty (DD-G depending on brands) and because the main part of where the Bjorn sits is on your chest, she was pushed out and can almost reach everything I can, so that's out, too.
Infantato carrier - knockoff of the Bjorn, but not a adjustable and cuts into the top and backs of my shoulders. Ouch. Also sits up really high (maybe because of my 5'3" size, I don't know) but the top of my daughters head sits right near the bottom of my lip, or near my chin, and she's barely 2 feet tall! Into the Goodwill bin it goes.
Moby wrap - difficult to put on, especially if you're by yourself, but it is BY FAR the most comfortable one for me and my daughter. It doesn't cut into my shoulders, and because the whole thing is just one long stretch of fabric it molds to me really well. It's kind of like a jersey material, so there's a lot of stretch to it, and It would fit me even if I was a few sizes bigger. I've also noticed that this is the carrier my daughter falls asleep in easier, because she's wrapped up so closely to me in a natural position, and feels very secure.
Hope that helps!
6. I had a Moby wrap with my daughter. I was about a 1x when she was born and it fit with plenty of material to spare. Ergo is a great carrier too and you can get an extender for them if its not big enough. We had a sling too but my daughter didn't care for that at all.
Edit: I just noticed someone said t he Moby was difficult to put on. I actually found it extremely easy to put on by myself. There are videos online to show you how to do it and its pretty easy to follow.
7. I have a Slingling sling (I am a 1x), pouch style that jsut goes over your head. I also have a ring-style sling, these are adjustable. http://www.attachedtobaby.com/
I made this sling, loved it. But I found it a bit inconvienient when older, and we went to places and I had to take him in and out quite often. http://thestir.cafemom.com/baby/8269/Best_Slings_for_Plus_Size
