How am i supposed to dress like a toddler?

for my schools homecoming. there is a dressup day called "dress your age" Freshman dress like babies. Sophomores dress like toddlers. Juniors dress like middle aged. and seniors dress like old people.
so how on earth am i supposed to dress like a toddler? any ideas?
