1. at least 6 pair of cloth, 2 bottles for milk(unless breast feeding, but have one just in case) . 2 pair of socks. a crib. with mattress and 2 sheets. each are sold separately. mabye some toy that can play songs
2. you would want clothes, toys, maybe w walker kind of thing, things that make noises, a cribe, a rocking chair would always be nice, and a stroller. there are so many things to list, go to the website i pasted. it'll help you find all your babying needs :D
3. Crib and/or bassinet
Car seat
Changing table
Later you will need playpen, stroller, and things like that.
Bottles if you plan on using them.
Lots of receiving blankets, and onesies.
Diapers and wipes.
All the creams, powder, soaps, etc.
Outfits appropriate for the weather depending when it's due.
Nose sucker, nail clippers, hairbrush, bottle cleaner
That's all I can think of. My first is due in May, so I'm still making my lists as well!
My suggestion is to have a bit of onesies and outfits since they get messyquick, but don't go too overboard because she will grow out of them quickly. I don't know an exact number though, sorry!
Good luck!
4. Um, well, I assume that when they are newborns they're no different from boy babies, so I'll give this a shot.
Sleepers are essential
Some onesies
Plenty of beanie caps and socks
Bibs
Burp cloths
A bouncy seat or a swing to help get them to go to sleep
A crib or a bassinette, basically a safe place to sleep
Blankets
Pacifiers
Bottles
Plenty of extra bottle nipples
Diapers (lots and lots)
A diaper bag
A small baby bath tub that has a sling for newborns
A stroller
Infant car seat
Anything else is just for looks, the above are the bare minimum essentials, hope this helps.
5. baby bed
some people like to use a bassinet when first home from the hospital
several sheets for bed and bassinet--3 each
bibs-5
sleepers-5
onesies-5
socks-12(you will lose them to the dryer!)
outfits--up to you
bottles-5
diapers--tons
blankets-5
pacifiers
carseat
infant bathtub
receiving blankets, work great as burp rags!--5
this is a good start. the number of each item really depends on how much you want to wash. If you dont wash but once a week you will want more of each item. If you dont wash but twice a month then you will need a dozen of each item.
good luck!!!
6. firstly......always have plently of baby grows.
you dont need so much of anything else tbh!
obviously you need a cot, changing mat, bottles, (maybe dummies)
its not hard to think what you need! all common sense!
7. Clothes: lots of pinks, purples, greens and reds. Get alot of loose clothes, A WHOLE lot of onsies, sweeters, jackets, shoes, socks, hats, coats, gloves, pants, long sleeve shirts, winter dresses.
Furniture: Crib, changing table, dresser, (maybe some storage wicker baskets for toys) a diaper changing station for a seperate part of the house. Rocking chair
Etc: Bouncer, swing, play yard, gym, car seat, stroller, carry seat, a lot of stimulating toys, blankets, bottles, bibs, formula, pacifiers, diapers, diaper genie and wipes
Hope i helped
