How can I become guardian of a baby girl so that I may raise her to become my wife and start a family?

I want to become guardian of baby girl. I do not wish to adopt because then I would be her father. I will raise her and wait until she becomes of legal age to marry her and bare children with her so that I may start a happy family.

Is this legal in this country? I do not see a law broken here.

6. Make a request of your local troll council. They deal with these kinds of requests all the time.
