What are some ideas for your baby girl's 1st birthday party?
It's still 5 months from now, but I want to get some ideas because I don't know what would make the day special to her because she's always around our friends and family, and everyone is always buying her things. So, a big party with lots of people and presents is good, but won't be any different then a Saturday night at Grandma's to her. So, I need ideas of what to do, where to go? Or just what would be very good for a year old baby girl? thanks to everyone!

1. I had my daughters first birthday party at a zoo. She enjoyed walking around and looking at the animals and then we had a picnic and cake with all the family and friends in the zoo's picnic area.
2. she probably isn't going to remember it this year.. i wouldn't worry to much about a big party this year.. next year a big party would be more fun for her
3. Make it a big shabang. For my son we rented a petting farm complete with a pony that would give rides. The children liked it, and my son was facisnated by the animals.
I'm still thinking of what to do for my daughters 1st one. I'm thinking of having gymsters coming and setting up a playplace thing in the backyard, so that the kids can roll around (circus theme) I also thought of a little train but I figured thats kinda boring. Under the sea theme with little wading pools set up around along with an aqaurium show. So Idk yet. Whatever it is don't let ppl tell you oh they don't remember I recorded my sons and he still loves to watch it. Its your day to celebrate her.
4. Depends on your budget. You can have a big party with lots of people and presents at Grandma's? Maybe celebrate it at your friends biggest house and offer to clean it up after wards or pay for cleaning service.
You could rent a place that you can decorate like an amusement park with games and cotton candy, chocolate fondue, hair tattoos and her favorite character in costume, but without the rides (or with if you got a lot of money to spend)? Definitely have a theme if you celebrate it in a remote location and then balloons and serious decoration are a must! :)
You can also try to browse online and search for unique places in your area.
I think a first birthday is more about the parents/family and other guests than the little one. She won't remember it, but do take lots of pictures and put it on video if you can. It's always fun to watch when she's older.
5. hi well depends what your baby likes , my baby girl likes dora and yeah i just put some balloons up and decorations and yeah invited the family around and had a bbq , just something little and easy to clean up and lots of fun and if you have older kids coming then play games like pin the tale on the donkey etc . anything that you would think your daughter like .
well hope that will help you?
