How can I have a baby girl in the Sims 3?

I have had the Sims 3 for about 3 weeks, loving the game! But whenever I try for a baby, and get pregnant all of my babies are boys. I was just wondering how you can have a baby girl when your sim is pregnant?

1. I had the same problem. But I found out that it just takes a while. Get different boys and different girls together and mix it up. It worked for me :)

2. This may sound dumb but trust me it works while your pregnant eat watermelon.Hope it helped!

3. Eat watermelons. However, I also have some suggestions for you :)
1. If you want to have baby boys again, eat apples (the more, the better).
2. If you want to have twins/triplets, watch kids channel AND listen to kids music at the same time.
3. If you want to have multi-gendered twins/triplets, first just ask your baby gander to a doctor (minimum level 5). If the doctor say you're gonna have a baby girl, eat many apples, and vice versa.
I know you probably don't need it, but I just want to share it :) Hope this helps!

4. Get your sim to eat 3 watermelon (you can buy those at the grocery store)

5. You can't change the gender of the baby when your sim is pregnant. you can do it before pregnancy. here's how to get a baby girl in steps:

1)Buy six watermelons.

2)Make your female sim try for a baby with a male sim.

3)Keep an eye on your female sim. keep watching her until she gets the "Nauseous" moodlet and throws up.

4)Just after she throws up, make her eat three watermelons.

5)She will get the "Nauseous" moodlet again and throw up after a period of time, make her eat the other three watermelons after that.

That's all. when she gets pregnant, she will have a baby girl. you only need three watermelons for the trick but I use six just in case. If you want to have a boy, do the same but use apples instead of watermelons.
