1. Target has a lot of inexpensive, but really cute stuff.

2. A 3 month NEEDS comfortable clothing. Not much comfortable clothing is overly cute.

3. Professional photos, see if they offer a package like this-
3mo, 6mo, and then at 1,2,3,4,every year till school pics kick in.
Sorry don't have a clothes source.

4. Target, Walmart, Old Navy, Carters, The Childrens Place, Gymboree.... the list goes on. It's not too hard to find cute baby girl clothing. And they can be both cute and comfy, we've gotten quite a few things that are both for our girl that is due in September.

As far as professional pictures go, you can get them done whenever. If you want to follow some sort of guideline, though: Birth, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and then a year. After that I believe it's every 6 months until two years and then yearly after that. Again, you don't have to do this as it can get expensive.

I had both of my girls pics done professionally at 1 month, and my oldest again at 18 months. My youngest is turning one in a couple of weeks so we'll have hers done again then.

Edit - we have a really good camera and take our own pics all the time. Both of my girls have their own baby books, scrapbooks and photo albums, as well as videos and slide shows!!!1 LOL. YOu can never have too many pics!

6. I get all of my son's clothes at JCP, Burlington Coat Factory and Target. BCF has a lot of baby girl clothes, twice the amount of boys, lol, I have a boy.

I have been getting my son's pictures done professionally every month since he was born. Bella Baby Photography did his birth pictures, and I go to JCP for his pictures every month. JCP is fairly cheep, and the picture quality is AMAZING! If you go online you can get coupons for JCP.

I like to wait until my babies are a bit older before paying for professional photos. When they can sit up unassisted is a good time ( 6 months onwards.)

8. my mother in law took prof photos of all her 4 boys at 3mo, 6mo and 1 yr then 1 yr every yr for 18 years! it was so cool to pull them out and see the transition into adulthood i decided to do the same with my son... i did a first photoshoot at 2 weeks then 3 mo and again at 6 mo and will do them again when he is 1 yr any age is good really its nice to have them done and def nice to look back at them for yrs to come!

9. It's extremely difficult to get really good 'professional' pictures of babies until they learn how to sit up..closer to 6-months of age. Before that - they have to be propped up and it just doesn't look natural.
As for 'cute' girl clothes..nearly every department store has cute girls outfits and dresses.
With my daughter.....I didn't focus on 'cute' clothes until she was walking...and then I made ALL of her outfits and dresses.
