Why are baby girl clothes more cute than boy clothes?

Why is that?

1. Uh ... why are adult female clothes more cute than adult male clothes?

Society spends a lot of time emphasizing cuteness in women and machismo in men - and it starts in the cradle.

2. im not sure why it is but i think that boys clothes are cuter but there are more girls clothes in shops

4. Well, it's the same in adult clothes as well. There is a bigger selection of girls clothes too, which bothers me.

5. I have no idea but realizing that now and running into problems finding boys clothes every where I go they have tons of girls clothes but no boy clothes

6. It's just the way society depicts males vs females. Females are "supposed" to be cute.

However I have notice that if you check consignment shops you are more likely to find cute baby boy clothes that feature animals and stuff on it. :D

7. i dont know why but it bothers me everytime i go shopping for my baby boy there is always tons of baby girl clothes and only a few things for baby boys and that stuff usually isnt cute or they dont have something in his size that is cute because its already been bought by someone else

8. I don't think they are cuter. I just think there is more choices because girls wear skirts/dresses.
There is nothing cuter then my little boy(15 months) wearing his cargo pants, a styling t-shirt and chunky sneakers with his ball cap and sometimes a hoodie to top it off. They make cute boy clothing too, but girls clothing is more plentiful.

9. I don't know the answer, but boys toys are more fun to play with. Maybe it's supposed to even out?

I have 2 boys and love to shop for them. I can find some cute clothes for them but the boy section in the stores is half of what the girl section is.
Total bummer!!

12. I just had a baby boy, and while I was pregnant, I thought the same thing! But now that he's here... I think baby-boy clothes are the cutest because he sports them!! He's a little G.Q.....

13. I thought that too, but I have found a ton of cute boy clothes, I like how a lot of baby boy clothes has jungle animals and other animals on it, that's hard to find with baby girl clothes. I also am a big fan of the colors green and brown, so I like a lot of the boy clothes. I have a little girl as well, so maybe I just like the clothes because it's different than the purples and pinks I am used to!
