Difference between American Girl Bitty Baby Clothes and 18" doll clothes?

I have clothes from American girl and I don't know if they are for the Bitty baby or for the 18" doll.
Is there any way to tell like a tag or something?
The clothes has a tag but it just says American Girl with a star next to it.
Nothing says bitty baby or has a B .
I dont have a doll to try on the clothes .

1. It wouldn't make a difference if you tried the clothes on a doll or not. Most Bitty Baby clothes fit American Girl dolls well enough and vice versa.

The best way to tell is by looking at clothes online and comparing them to the ones you have.
