8. TJ Maxx has very high quality items for less & super cute! The Children's Place has the best tights and offers super cute outfits. I also love Gymboree, but they can be super $$$ (I know u dont care, but I do).

9. Gymboree has hands down the cutest clothes for girls. It's a little pricey in the stores, but you can always shop the clearance racks and get great deals. There's also a FSOT (for sale or trade) forum called gymbofriends.com and you can buy, sell or trade clothes and get great deals as well.
