What are my chances of having a baby girl?

This may seem like a weird question but my husband has so much testosterone, it's almost too much. Will this affect my chances of having a baby girl? Or am I just being silly?

The only thing that determines the sex of your child is which chromosome (x or y) the sperm that fertilized your egg was carrying. The eggs all contain x chromosomes. If paired with another x that makes a girl, if paired with a y that makes a boy.

Your husband's testosterone level does not effect this at all.

5. No matter who you are or what you do, the odds of having a boy or girl are approximately 50/50. There are slightly more boys born than girls.

6. No, he has male and female sperm. It's just luck of the draw.(no pun intended) But one thing that does make a difference is if there are a lot of girls or boys in his family. More male or female sperm can be hereditary. A lot of testosterone can help with conception. A sign that a man has a lot of testosterone is early balding.

8. I'm not sure about that, but my hubby is one of 4 boys and we are having a baby girl! It's the luck of the draw :)

9. Its silly You still can have a baby girl :D (TIP) Having sex before you ovulate will increase your chances of having a girl, after you ovulate better chance of having a boy. This is because little boy sperm (Y sperm) swim fast and die first, little girl sperm (X chromosome) swim slower and live longer. I have 33 first cousins just on one side of the family and my aunts all swear to this. So does my grandmother who has 12 children, 6 girls and 6 boys .. :) ? good luck?

10. Your silly but i do wish you luck on having a girl. I just found out yesterday that i am having a girl and i wanted one so bad. It was weird because in my first pregnancy i had a attraction to blue so i thought i knew it would be a boy and i was right. This pregnancy i have been attracted to pink and sure enough it is a girl. If you have an instinct go with it you may be right.

11. Gender is determined by the man! But you can always spin the sperm to pre-determine what sex you want. So tell your husband to spin around in a circle 4 times counter clockwise. You might get a girl that way! Good Luck! :)

12. well i think that if you or your spouse have brothers or sisters if you have more sisters its most likely that you will have a girl and same thing with a girl so i believe that if you prey you will get what you want oh and also 84% of my answers were the best answers they told me too
