How to have a boy or a girl baby?

I already have a baby girl and we are planning to have a baby boy for our second baby. Are there any option for us to be sure that our next baby will be boy?

1. you can not choose the gender of a baby.Its the chromosomes who decides.

2. There are no ways to choose whether it will be a boy or a girl. Praying or hoping and keeping your fingers crossed will have to do. Good luck in getting a baby boy though!

3. I once had a discussion with my brother about this topic, and he informed me of a tradition in his best friend's family to ensure boys were born. Immediately after intercourse, the woman is to sit up completely straight for one hour. I asked him why, and he said that this was done because only the strongest sperm could swim up to the egg, due to the angle and level of difficulty. They have never failed to have boys doing this. According to them, its fail-proof. Well, I personally am not sure how accurate this is, but its worth a shot, right? ;)

4. There is a doctor named Dr. Shettles who has a method for choosing the gender of your baby through intercourse timing and other methods. He is said to have a very high success rate (75-90% I think.) See the attached link for more information. It couldn't hurt to try it. He also has his own book. If you are interested, do a search for it.
