What did you do to try conceive a baby girl?

Just curious...
What things did you do to try increase your chances of conceiving a baby girl?
Any old wives tales etc?
Iv heard you have sex 3-4 days before ovulation and to eat more calcium and magnesium.
What else did you try or have you heard?

1. Yeah I did them all and I am having my second boy. Don't waste your time. You get what you get and there are no magic tricks behind it.

EDIT: That is funny for the suggestion below me because I haven't eaten breakfast since I was like 9 years old.

2. I read in a baby magazine that it's been proven that women are more likely to have a girl instead of a boy if they skip breakfast.

4. steer away from doggy style not even joking. its like 50 percent more likely that you will have a boy if u concieve during doggy something to do with the penetration

5. The only thing that determines the sex of your baby will be your man's random sperm. Sorry, but nothing else works.

6. I eat breakfast everyday! lol Never miss . I'm pregnant with a girl. It's just whatever sperm gets to the egg. A girl sperm won my pregnancy!

I am no doctor or anything, but honestly I don't think there is anything a woman can do to conceive a baby girl only because its all done by chromosomes and since the woman only has XX she passes on an X and a male has a XY so he can pass on the X which makes a girl, or a y which makes a boy. so there I don't think anything physical can be done to create a girl...well aside from a medical advancements.

8. A wives tale is what it says in it's description. It is a TALE! There are no ways to give you a better chance. All that matters is what sperm gets there first and you have no control over this.

9. It's all wive's tales. It is up to the male to determine the sex. Your egg is female and it depends on a man's sperm X and Y chromosome count. Only reptiles have male or females determined on environment. Sorry.

10. my sister told me to come first and be on top when he blows. she also told me to put little girl shoes next to my shoes under the bed to symbolize female lineage. Both of us wanted all girls and we both have two girls each so I guess its been working well.
